Hair extensions are so versatile –they can be used to create so many different looks and worn by so many women of all ages. Below, we explain the variation of coverage required to produce different styles and looks.

Whether you are wanting to transform your fine, lifeless, short bob into a thick bob full of volume or want to go all out and have a super long, glamorous mane, or maybe you don’t fancy colouring your natural hair at all – we can add in beautiful flashes of colour or sun kissed golden highlights without using any hair colorant. The list is endless and it can be adapted for anything you require.

Full Head+

FOR LENGTH, THICKNESS, VOLUME & COLOUR
IDEAL FOR SHORT AND/OR THICK NATURAL HAIR

For clients whose natural hair is very short or thick, you may need more hair extensions applied than the average full head application. This is to ensure that your natural hair blends perfectly with your short style underneath and looks the most natural it possibly can. We are specialists in working with short hair and we proud of the transformations we have carried out over the years as this is the most challenging hair to apply to.

Many of our clients have been previous hair loss and cancer patients whose hair is beginning to grow back after treatment. However, we do require at least four to five inches on top, and two inches underneath to be able to attach the extensions safely without causing any damage to the hair.

Full Head Hair Extensions

FOR LENGTH, THICKNESS, VOLUME & COLOUR
IDEAL FOR MEDIUM – THICK NATURAL HAIR

Most people who require length and thickness choose this coverage which lengthens the natural hair, but also adds fullness, volume and lots of thickness. We can also create highlights or lowlights if required.

To lengthen your natural hair, a Full Head is required in order for the extensions to balance and blend with your own hair, so that your look will be completely flawless with no tell tale signs. The thicker your natural hair, the more hair extensions you will need for the extensions to blend.

3/4 Head Hair Extensions

FOR THICKNESS AND SOME LENGTH UP TO 4 INCHES IN LENGTH, VOLUME & COLOUR
IDEAL FOR FINE – MEDIUM HAIR AND AT LEAST 3 INCHES BELOW SHOULDERS

A ¾ head will give lots of thickness and volume, and may lengthen the hair by up to four inches. If your natural hair is fine in density and already has some length to it, you may only require a ¾ head.

Partial Head Hair Extensions

FOR THICKNESS, VOLUME & COLOUR
IDEAL FOR FINE HAIR

If you have fine hair, you can add loads of volume with only half a head which is fab for thickening your natural hair length, giving it so much more life, fullness, body and shape. Having hair extensions in is a great way to hold a curl and to tame flyaway hair. It also allows your natural hair to have a break from constant day-to-day styling.

This coverage does not lengthen your natural hair as the quantity of hair used would not be enough to achieve the effect of longer hair.
